When I went to pick up Gabbie from nursery this morning, she was busy having fun, completely ignoring me at first. Which I don't mind, because it is fun to watch her interacting with other kids and adults.
One of the adults was leading the kids around in a circle, kind of a train effect. Now Gabbie loves to go in circles, she actually requests regularly that we go outside to "run circles." However, in this case she was running in the direct opposite direction of everyone else! Apparently this is not a new thing, it is something she does at nursery all the time. She has a mind of her own on how circles need to be run and apparently the leader was going the wrong way!
So, is she just disobedient, not paying attention, or do I see some leadership qualities that are saying, "Hey, follow me, the other way is boring!"

Sounds like leadership to me
