Bath Junkie

Okay, done checking on Gabbie. Apparently the hallway light coming in under her door was too bright and I needed to fix the door. Some kids want a night light. Gabbie wants it to be pitch black. Well, at least she isn't afraid of the dark! At least not yet.

Bath Junkie. An amazing place. I had never been there. Then a friend told a friend about it. The friend tried it, I thought it sounded fun, but a bit pricey. Then today I gave in. I have fallen in love with salt scrub and recently run out. At Bath Junkie you get to make a huge container of it!

You get to pick what you want to make, choose what scent or scents you want in it, and what color you want it to be! Wow! Very personalized products. And I can almost guarantee no one else will smell like you do!

I got the giant salt scrub and a bottle of body dessert. Body dessert you spray on after a shower or bath, while you are still wet, smear, then pat dry. It substitutes for lotion. And smells amazing!

My friend made all of her stuff Vanilla/Sensual/White Musk. Which is nice for her, she loves it, but not me at all! I prefer fruity and spicy. Though I would love something that is like coconuty for summer, I can only afford one thing at a time right now! So I mixed pumpkin/cinnamon/buttercream together! Yes, I now smell like Thanksgiving, or at least like fall! Which happens to be my favorite time of year! I smell warm and refreshing. Joey thinks I'm crazy and that I smell like cookies and can't imagine why anyone would want to smell like that, but oh well! I made my salt scrub orange (it will be like bathing with pumpkin pie) and my body dessert a raspberry color.

They also have tons of other stuff, and even make your own car deodorizers, which look like too much fun! You can have parties there too where everyone gets to make something and take it home! It is cheaper to buy the stuff at the party. Maybe we should get a group together and go!

crazy funny stuff. I am very partial to pumkin as well. People find it odd that I make pumpkin pie in the summer... and pumpkin pudding... oooh and I have pumpkin butter. yum. I need to check my supplies, I might be running low on canned pumpkin. How tragic.

ooh, pumpkin is so yummy! It is funny that in kindergarten we cooked pumpkin and I refused to taste it. Now I am like, ooh, pumpkin, yummy! If you cook Butternut Squash right, it is similar to pumpkin and Gabbie loved it as a baby.

I have a great recipe for spicy and sweet pumpkin seeds that are so yummy!
