Okay, so I bought new shoes for the wedding on Thursday. Tried them on, everything was fine, I was happy to have cute little strappy heels to wear in the wedding. Just was hoping I wouldn't fall over in them! It has been awhile!
So I put them on at Heather's house, go to the church, put my dress on, and walk into the sanctuary to have pictures taken. Lean back, and POP! The heel of my left shoe snaps. Oh my word, you have got to be kidding! I've only seen this in movies. And these are brand new! I tried desperately to shove the heel back on. No such luck. One of the other bridesmaids loaned me her black flip-flops to wear. Thank goodness the dresses were floor-length!
