The amazing star and giraffe cake! This isn't really a "cake" per se. It is layers of chocolate wafer cookies and cool whip. Yes, it is a Martha Stewart recipe, from her KIDS magazine. Everyone said how fantastic the cake was, and we will definitely make it again! The original recipe actually calls for homemade heavy whipped cream, however, that would not be good for a little boy who is allergic to dairy. Cool whip is dairy and soy free, good for Davy!
